'King of Kings' Jo Yong-pil Begins Nationwide Tour Starting in December in Busan!

'King of Kings' (歌王) Jo Yong-pil's agency YPC announced on the 27th that he will hold a large-scale concert tour visiting 5 cities nationwide starting this December.

This nationwide tour, named '2025-26 Jo Yong-pil & Great Birth Concert', will kick off at BEXCO in Busan on December 13 and 14. Following that, performances will continue at EXCO in Daegu on the 20th and 21st, and at Namdong Gymnasium in Incheon on the 27th and 28th. After a performance at the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center in Gwangju on January 3 next year, the tour will conclude at KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Seoul from January 9 to 11.

A YPC representative explained, "At this concert, you will be able to enjoy Jo Yong-pil's hit songs along with the performance of the band Great Birth, which has been collaborating with him for over 30 years." They added, "You will be able to enjoy the musical depth and splendid production that Jo Yong-pil has built up over his 57 years of debut."

Jo Yong-pil drew national attention with the KBS special program 'Jo Yong-pil, Forever This Moment' broadcast during the Chuseok holiday, commemorating the 80th anniversary of liberation. The concert, held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 15.7% (according to Nielsen Korea), ranking first among Chuseok special programs.

Thanks to the high interest and love, Jo Yong-pil's side announced that they have added an extra day for the performances in Busan, Daegu, and Incheon compared to the original plan.
