The leading domestic OTT platform Tving is publicly recruiting participants for the new concept live content 〈You Can't Stop Small Talk!〉 set to be released in November. 〈You Can't Stop Small Talk!〉 humorously addresses the challenges of 'small talk' that anyone in South Korea has likely experienced at least once. Yoo Byung-jae engages in a 10-minute challenge where he continues a conversation solely through small talk with a stranger, working together with viewers to create a 'small talk strategy guide' filled with 'fail-proof conversation topics' in this experimental live talk show.
The call for stories will be conducted through Tving and the official SNS of the content production company Black Paper. Anyone who has difficulty starting or continuing a conversation, or who struggles to lead a conversation in awkward situations, is welcome to apply, and they will be connected with Yoo Byung-jae in real-time during the live show.
This program will be hosted by the versatile entertainer Yoo Byung-jae, who will humorously explore points of empathy with viewers based on his wit and observational skills. Produced by 'Black Paper,' co-founded by former manager Yoo Gyu-sun, who gained fame through MBC's 'All-Seeing Assistant,' there is great interest in how Yoo Byung-jae's unique sense of entertainment will expand into a new form.
A Tving representative stated, “Yoo Byung-jae's realistic solutions and humor will resonate with introverts who fear running out of conversation topics,” adding, “We expect this experimental live show to create 'the art of conversation' together with viewers.”
Meanwhile, Tving's new concept live talk show 〈You Can't Stop Small Talk!〉 is set to be released in November.
