Actress Jang Nara, Jung Hae-in, and singer Taeyeon (real name Kim Tae-yeon) have been honored with a government commendation for their contributions to the spread of savings and sharing culture on the occasion of the '10th Financial Day'.
The Financial Services Commission announced that it awarded a total of 192 commendations to individuals who contributed to financial development at the '10th Financial Day' ceremony held on the 28th at the FKI Tower in Yeouido, Seoul.

Jung Hae-in and singer Taeyeon were recognized for their exemplary activities in their respective fields by receiving the Prime Minister's Commendation. Notably, singer Taeyeon also drew attention for being recognized for her contributions to practicing healthy financial habits through exemplary financial management.
A representative from the Financial Services Commission stated, "We highly appreciate that figures from the cultural and arts sector have raised awareness of the importance of finance in their respective fields, especially contributing significantly to spreading the value of inclusive finance through sharing and service."
About 450 people, including Financial Services Commission Chairman Lee Ok-keun, Financial Supervisory Service Chairman Lee Chan-jin, government officials, financial industry workers, and award recipients, attended the ceremony to celebrate the occasion.
