Director Yeon Sang-ho continues to produce small films once again following 〈Face〉.

Recently, Director Yeon Sang-ho announced his next project titled 〈Silnakwon〉. According to the information released at that time, the lead actor will be Kim Hyun-joo, and Director Yeon Sang-ho will take on major roles in the film including production, screenplay, and direction.

According to a report on November 23, 〈Silnakwon〉 will continue the method of assembling a small staff to reduce production time and alleviate the burden of production costs, just like 〈Face〉. The production cost will be increased to 500 million won, raising labor costs a bit more than the 200 million won spent on 〈Face〉. Director Yeon Sang-ho's production company Wow Point will handle the production, while distribution will be managed by CJENM.

〈Face〉 lowered the overall production costs through a profit-sharing contract based on revenue. It surpassed the break-even point by achieving 1 million viewers after its release, providing various inspirations for the Korean film production system.
