JTBC, One Year of Martial Law Documentary 'Martial Law, Yoon Seok-yeol and the Time of Delusion' Scheduled

JTBC has prepared a documentary to remember the one year of martial law.

JTBC announced that it will air a documentary titled 〈Martial Law, Yoon Seok-yeol and the Time of Delusion〉 on December 3, 2024, which captures Yoon Seok-yeol's declaration of martial law. It explained that, in addition to this documentary, it will conduct a project to examine the movements of former President Yoon Seok-yeol and the insurrection forces through its programs.

Through this documentary, JTBC reconstructs the day of martial law from the perspectives of individuals who had to gather, mobilize, enter, and block around the National Assembly. It vividly shows how Lee Jae-myung, the then leader of the Democratic Party, and Han Dong-hoon, the then leader of the People Power Party, moved and what their feelings were at each moment, through testimonies from themselves and their close aides. The voices of the martial law troops who had to enter the National Assembly and the aides who had to block them, as well as the citizens, are also fully captured.

Before airing 〈Martial Law, Yoon Seok-yeol and the Time of Delusion〉 at 11 PM on December 3, JTBC is also scheduled to air a special 'Newsroom' at 6:10 PM, which is 20 minutes earlier than usual.
