This record marks the 10th video in BTS's history to exceed 700 million views on YouTube.

Released in July 2021, 'Permission to Dance' is a dance-pop song that conveys a message of hope to share positive energy through music and dance even in difficult times. It topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the United States shortly after its release, achieving global success.

Meanwhile, BTS is set to resume full group activities with the release of a new album and a new world tour in the spring of 2026.
