Korea's representative progressive rock band Guckasten is returning to the stage for a solo concert after 3 years. The agency Interpark Entertainment officially announced on the 24th that Guckasten will hold a solo concert 'Aurum' on the 27th and 28th at the Blue Square Salt Room in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

This solo concert marks Guckasten's first since 'Happening' in December 2022, approximately 3 years ago. This performance is a special occasion to celebrate the release of their 3rd studio album 'Aurum', which was released in September. The album is regarded as a masterpiece that encapsulates Guckasten's musical evolution, being their first new work in 11 years since the previous release.

On stage, the members will deliver the musical narrative and energy that permeates the entire album through intricate sound, explosive vocals, and meticulously designed band performances. The stage is expected to showcase Guckasten's unique intense sound harmonizing with lyrical melodies.

In particular, this performance will incorporate artistic attempts beyond music. Sculptures created in collaboration with sculptor Ji Yong-ho will be exhibited at the concert venue. These works, inspired by the tracks from the new album, are expected to provide the audience with a three-dimensional appreciation experience through the fusion of music and visual art.

Guckasten stated, "We are putting the final touches on the concert preparations," and expressed, "We hope this performance will be a stage that presents a golden year-end to the audience."
