Hip-hop icon A$AP Rocky, returning with his fourth studio album after 8 years, has unveiled a large-scale tour roadmap connecting 42 cities around the world.
On the 21st (Korean time), A$AP Rocky's team officially announced the full list of cities and schedule for the 'Don't Be Dumb World Tour' through their official channel. This tour will kick off in North America in May and conclude in Europe in September.
◆ North America: From Chicago to New York
The tour will begin in the Midwest of the United States. Rocky will start at the United Center in Chicago on May 27 and will cover the entire North America. Major cities include Los Angeles (LA), Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, and Toronto in Canada. Notably, on June 7, he will take the stage as a headliner at the large festival 'Governors Ball' in Queens, New York, and will wrap up the North American leg with a performance at the Prudential Center in New Jersey on July 11.
◆ Europe & UK: London, and the Notorious Stockholm
After a short break, he will head to the European continent starting in August. The European tour will kick off at the ING Arena in Brussels, Belgium on August 25. In the UK, he will visit three cities: London, Glasgow, and Manchester to meet fans.
The most eye-catching city is undoubtedly Stockholm, Sweden. It is the place of 'bad blood' where he was arrested on assault charges and detained for a month in 2019, but Rocky boldly included Stockholm in this list of 42 cities, choosing to confront the past. The finale of the European tour will be at the Accor Arena in Paris, France on September 30.
◆ Ticket Wars Start Today
This tour is the first opportunity to hear live performances of songs from the album 'Don't Be Dumb', which was released on the 16th. Pre-sale for Europe and the UK will start at 9 AM local time today (21st), with the password being 'DONTBEDUMB'. Fans in North America can join the ticket wars starting on the 23rd.
