YG Entertainment accelerates the acquisition of talent for a new group that will follow in the footsteps of BLACKPINK, TREASURE, and BABYMONSTER through the 'Special Audition'.

On the 21st, YG Entertainment announced that it will hold the '2026 YG SPECIAL AUDITION : GO! DEBUT' from today (21st) until February 28. Notably, this audition is special as it involves Yang Hyun-suk, the chief producer, participating in the entire judging process. The poster released states, 'For the first time in 30 years, YG SPECIAL AUDITION, all audition participants will be seen and selected directly by YG,' which draws attention.

Applications can be submitted until February 28 through the YG audition website or the QR code on the poster. Anyone born between 2007 and 2015, regardless of gender or nationality, can apply. Applicants should choose one area they are confident in—singing, rapping, dancing, visuals, or talent—and capture their potential in a video of up to one minute.
