Preview of the '2026 Oscar Final Nominees' at Megabox!

The multiplex theater Megabox is hosting the '2026 Megabox Academy Special Exhibition' where you can meet the final nominees for the 2026 Academy Awards (Oscars) in advance. This special exhibition will run from February 5 to March 3, ahead of the 98th Academy Awards (local time March 15, at the Dolby Theatre in LA), showcasing a total of 6 films, including unreleased hot titles in Korea.

The films in the special exhibition include 〈One Battle After Another〉, 〈Cynus: The Sinners〉, 〈Hamnet〉, 〈Sentimental Value〉, 〈The Voice of Hind〉, and 〈Arco〉. These works are nominated for major categories such as Best Picture, Acting Awards, International Film, and Animation, and are considered a group of films that can gauge the direction of this year's Oscar race.

In particular, director Chloe Zhao's 〈Hamnet〉, the winner of the Cannes Jury Prize and Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor 〈Sentimental Value〉, the Venice International Film Festival Silver Lion winner 〈The Voice of Hind〉, and the Annecy International Animation Festival Best Film winner 〈Arco〉 will all be previewed in this special exhibition before their official release in Korea. Audiences will be able to enjoy these works that have already been validated at major film festivals around the world in advance in theaters.

〈One Battle After Another〉 and the Golden Globe-winning 〈Cynus: The Sinners〉 will be screened in Dolby format for the first time in Korea at Megabox Dolby Cinema and Dolby Atmos special theaters from February 25 to March 3. Megabox stated, "The biggest differentiator of this special exhibition is that you can see potential Oscar candidates that have not yet been released in Korea in the best screening environment."

During the exhibition period, there will be a stamp event providing movie discount coupons and tickets based on the number of viewings, as well as merchandise events such as giving away original posters to viewers.
