Actress Kim Shin-rok will bring vitality to the home theater this time dressed in a legal robe.

Recently, the production team of MBC's new drama 〈Fifties Professionals〉 announced the confirmation of actress Kim Shin-rok's appearance. 〈Fifties Professionals〉 is a work that depicts the 'bitter' action comedy of three men who have run half of their lives, whose bodies may be a bit rusty, but their loyalty remains unchanged, featuring Shin Ha-kyun, Oh Jung-se, and Heo Sung-tae.

Kim Shin-rok plays the role of prosecutor 'Kang Young-ae', who is full of a sense of justice. Kang Young-ae is a veteran police officer who graduated from the police academy and became the head of the violent crimes unit in her 20s, but she became disillusioned with the cartel of public power and went through law school to become a prosecutor in order to directly request warrants. Notably, she earned the nickname 'Kang Nong-gae' for not being able to tolerate the upper-level corruption and getting into trouble, and she is expected to showcase her fiery sense of justice regardless of the location.

MBC's new drama 〈Fifties Professionals〉 is ramping up production with the goal of its first broadcast in the first half of 2026.
