Actor Park Jung-min is making an exceptional solo stage greeting to keep his loyalty to his hometown-like city, Chungju. According to the distributor NEW, Park Jung-min will hold a total of six stage greetings for 〈HUMINT〉 at CGV Chungju Gyo-hyeon and Megabox Chungju on the 13th.
This event is a realization of the promise made by Park Jung-min, who recently appeared on Chungju's official YouTube channel, stating, "I will hold a stage greeting in Chungju." Park Jung-min, having a connection to Chungju where his family resides, has coolly accepted the role of Chungju's promotional ambassador, receiving enthusiastic support from local audiences. As this event is held solo by the actor in a small city, breaking away from the usual promotional schedules focused on large cities, it has garnered significant attention in the film industry.
Thanks to Park Jung-min's passionate promotion, director Ryoo Seung-wan's new film 〈HUMINT〉 has surpassed a pre-release reservation rate of 39%, ranking first and signaling a box office success. With a production cost of 23.5 billion won, this film is a spy action story about agents clashing in Vladivostok. Park Jung-min plays the role of Park Gun, a captain in North Korea's Ministry of State Security, alongside Jo In-sung and Shin Se-kyung. The movie is set to be officially released on February 11.
