The girl group NMIXX is continuing their global journey by participating in the carnival held in São Paulo, Brazil, as the first K-Pop artist.

On the 11th, their agency JYP Entertainment officially announced that NMIXX has been invited as the first K-Pop artist to the Brazilian Carnival in São Paulo, which will take place from the 14th to the 18th (local time).

NMIXX will take the stage as a special guest at the block party of Brazil's famous artist Pabllo Vittar, which will be held on the 16th. The block party is known as a representative street festival of the Brazilian Carnival, attracting large crowds.

A representative from JYP Entertainment stated, "This is the first time a K-Pop artist has participated in this festival," and added, "This performance will symbolize a historic combination of K-Pop, which has captivated music fans worldwide, and Brazilian pop music."

NMIXX and Pabllo Vittar have maintained musical exchanges prior to this. The two artists jointly released the collaboration song 'MEXE' last August, which combined NMIXX's signature sound with Pabllo Vittar's intense and unique Brazilian pop sensibility, garnering attention.

As the Brazilian Carnival is considered one of the top three festivals in the world, NMIXX's participation is expected to further prove K-Pop's global influence.
