Disney+ announced on the 27th that it will officially unveil the new original series ‘Remarried Empress’ this fall, touting an overwhelming scale and a dazzling cast.

Based on a web novel and webtoon of the same name, the series is a provocative ‘romance fantasy’ that breaks away from traditional pure love. It meticulously charts a bold turn of events in which an emperor divorces the empress—leaving her to face the humiliating moment—yet she instead confidently demands a remarriage with a prince of the Seowang Kingdom, flipping the entire situation on its head.

Above all, an ‘all-star cast’ lineup designed to maximize viewers’ immersion overwhelms the spotlight.
