‘Made in Korea Season 2’: Hyun Bin Takes Action as Explosion Nears! One Unpredictable Choice After Another!

The noir drama 〈Made in Korea Season 2〉, which follows Baek Ki-tae’s perilous journey as he races toward even greater ambitions nine years later, released episodes 3 and 4 on the 16th. The episodes delivered breathless tension as the characters’ relationships became increasingly tangled in unpredictable directions and one crisis followed another. 

In episodes 3 and 4 of 〈Made in Korea Season 2〉, dangerous alliances and investigations moved into full swing, driving the characters’ relentless actions and ratcheting up the tension. Baek Ki-hyun (Woo Do-hwan), who began working with Jang Geon-young (Jung Woo-sung) after catching wind of slush funds and a ledger, started closing in on Cheon Seok-joong (Jung Sung-il). As a result, Baek Ki-tae (Hyun Bin) was caught in a trap, while Ikeda Yuji (Won Ji-an) was also dragged into an interrogation room and placed in danger. Oh Ye-jin (Seo Eun-soo), tracking Baek Ki-tae’s dark side, went directly to Baek So-young (Cha Hee), who works alongside him at Baekho Trading. After their sharp confrontation, Baek So-young came face to face with a shocking truth surrounding Kang Dae-il’s (Kang Gil-woo) death, foreshadowing another wave of fallout.

Meanwhile, seeking to strike back against the continuing attacks by the joint investigation team, Baek Ki-tae personally targeted Hwang Dae-sik’s (Heo Jung-do) life and planted a bomb at a gisaeng house where political figures had gathered. But Baek Ki-hyun’s unexpected arrival completely upended the situation. The suspense reached a fever pitch when Baek Ki-tae found himself seated with his younger brother and ultimately moved to remove the bomb he had planted himself. From dangerous alliances to life-or-death counterattacks, the characters’ relationships have become hopelessly entangled as they charge relentlessly toward their individual desires, sending the tension to its peak. As questions mount over what endings their choices will bring, anticipation is building for episodes 5 and 6, which will be released on Wednesday, the 23rd.

Disney+ original series 〈Made in Korea Season 2〉, which has drawn attention with its relentlessly fast-paced story, is now streaming on Disney+ through episodes 1-4. Episodes 5 and 6 will be released on Sept. 23, Wednesday, bringing the series to a total of six episodes.
