SHINee Onew Releases Second Full Album 'Percent'

Onew, a member of the group SHINee, will release his second full album 'Percent' (PERCENT) on the 15th at 6 PM, as announced by his agency Griffin Entertainment.

This album is a new work presented about six months after Onew's fourth mini album 'Connection' (CONNECTION), which was released in January. The album includes a total of 11 tracks, including the title track 'Animals' (ANIMALS).

The included tracks are composed of various themes and genres. 'Silky' deals with themes of laziness and rest, 'Caffeine' features unique harmonies, and 'Mad' (MAD) addresses the emotions of parting.

Onew participated in the overall production of the tracks in this album, conveying the message that even an imperfect being is beautiful in its own right through diverse genres of music.

The title track 'Animals' is centered around a refined bass line and acoustic guitar performance. It uses sound effects reminiscent of animal cries to express the moment when instincts are liberated. In the music video, Onew portrays awakening instincts beyond the boundaries of reason and judgment.

To celebrate the album release, Onew will operate a pop-up store at Shinsegae Gangnam in Seoul starting from the 15th. Various interactive events for fans will also be prepared.
