Siblings duo AKMU's Lee Su-hyun (26) is showcasing a healthy appearance after successfully losing weight.
Responds to Fans' Concerns with 'The Healthiest I've Ever Been'
Recently spotted with a slimmer figure at a performance, Lee Su-hyun received questions from fans on her social media. When a fan expressed concern, saying, 'How much weight have you lost? You know health comes first, right? Take care of yourself, unnie,' Lee Su-hyun replied, 'Thank you. I'm the healthiest I've ever been right now.'
In the photos shared, Lee Su-hyun flaunted her unique cute and lovely beauty in a white blouse and black lace dress, looking noticeably slimmer.
Simple Diet of Brown Rice, Chicken Sausage, and Kimchi
When another fan asked about her dinner menu, Lee Su-hyun said, 'I didn't eat because I was lazy. Last night's dinner was this,' sharing a photo of her simple meal consisting of brown rice, two chicken sausages, and kimchi.
Earlier, Lee Su-hyun mentioned in May, 'I started living with my brother Lee Chan-hyuk,' stating, 'My life goal is to live healthily both physically and mentally. In the morning, a PT instructor comes to my house for a workout, and by the time I finish showering, it's 1 PM. That's when we have a healthy lunch together,' revealing her commitment to dieting through exercise and diet.
Past Slumps and Irregular Lifestyle Patterns
Lee Su-hyun, who gained popularity early on as a sibling duo, revealed that she had suffered from psychological burdens and insomnia due to past slumps. This led to irregular eating and lifestyle habits, resulting in weight gain.

Nutritionally Balanced Diet Plan
The diet plan shared by Lee Su-hyun has received excellent evaluations nutritionally. Chicken sausages are lower in fat and calories compared to regular pork sausages and are rich in protein, making them favorable for maintaining muscle mass during dieting.
Brown rice is a whole grain rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals compared to white rice, making it better for maintaining satiety, blood sugar control, and improving constipation. Kimchi, as a fermented food, is rich in probiotics, which are beneficial for gut health, digestive function, and boosting immunity.
Dietary Supplement Suggestions from Experts
Experts suggest that adding healthy fats (avocado, nuts, olive oil), a variety of vegetables (broccoli, spinach), diverse proteins (egg whites, tofu), and a piece of fruit to Lee Su-hyun's diet would create an even more perfect diet plan.
Lee Su-hyun's diet is a balanced diet that includes protein, fiber, and fermented nutrients, and when combined with PT, it is evaluated as a solid health management approach for maintaining muscle and activating metabolism.
