Grim Reaper Chase Action 'The Middle Realm', Directed by Kang Yoon-sung, AI-Utilized Feature Film Set for October Release

Kang Yoon-sung, known as a leading box office director in Korea for well-made works such as 〈The Outlaws〉, 〈Casino〉, and 〈The Drug King〉, is signaling a new paradigm in the film industry. This is because he is about to release the first domestic AI-utilized chase action blockbuster 〈The Middle Realm〉.

The feature film 〈The Middle Realm〉, created by director Kang Yoon-sung using AI for the first time in Korea, features a chase action blockbuster between people trapped in the 'Middle Realm' between the living and the dead and the Grim Reapers trying to extinguish their souls. As the first feature film utilizing AI in Korea, the recently released launch poster and trailer promise a hexagonal fun that does not miss out on the director, actors, quality, freshness, entertainment, and price, significantly increasing interest in the work.

The launch poster captures the overwhelming scale of 〈The Middle Realm〉 in a unique color palette with just one shot, making viewers curious about the world the film will present. The sight of Gwanghwamun, a landmark in Seoul, collapsing gives a feeling that it is almost unreal while excellently showcasing the film's title, 'The Middle Realm'.

The trailer released alongside it further amplifies interest in the work. From the start, a pillar of fire falls from the sky, and Gwanghwamun Square literally explodes, properly showcasing the scale of the work.
