The world's largest music festival, awakening the spring in New Orleans, has unveiled its lineup earlier than usual this year. From the legendary band Eagles to pop fairy Lorde, the 2026 Jazz Fest is more spectacular than ever.
On the 12th (local time), the festival organizing committee announced the official lineup for the '2026 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival' and ticket sales will begin today at 10 AM (Central Standard Time).
◆ A Meeting of Classic Rock Legends and Modern Pop
This festival, taking place over two weekends from April 23-26 and April 30-May 3 next year, features headliners with exceptional weight.
Eagles, Stevie Nicks, and Rod Stewart will grace the fairgrounds, while Lorde, David Byrne, Kings of Leon, and Teddy Swims will present a stage that spans generations. Over 5,000 artists will perform across 14 stages, showcasing a feast of jazz, blues, R&B, and rock.
Louisiana's pride will not be left out. Grammy winner John Batiste, country star Lainey Wilson, and the festival's symbols Trombone Shorty and Irma Thomas will heat up their hometown stage.

◆ Healing Hurricane Wounds Through Music
The most special aspect of the 2026 festival is its solidarity with 'Jamaica'. The organizing committee has chosen the theme for the cultural exchange pavilion as 'One Love Jamaica'. This is to comfort and support Jamaica, which suffered significant damage from Hurricane 'Melissa' last October.
To this end, reggae music legends such as Ziggy Marley, Stephen Marley, Sean Paul, and Burning Spear will participate in large numbers to convey messages of peace and healing.
◆ Ticket Wars Begin Today
Fans are responding enthusiastically to the lineup revealed more than a month earlier than usual. Starting from 10 AM on the 12th (today), four-day passes and VIP packages will be available for reservation through Ticketmaster. Local residents of Louisiana will receive discounts, and single-day tickets will be announced later.
