"Some people say, 'Give someone else a chance, just disappear now.' But I won't be shaken by such words." At the peak of her fame, pop queen Taylor Swift calmly yet firmly responded to the 'fatigue' and criticism directed at her. She also confessed what her engagement to Travis Kelce means to her.
Ahead of the release of the Disney+ documentary 'The End of an Era' on the 12th, Swift appeared on CBS 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert' on the 10th and shared her deep thoughts.
◆ Regarding the criticism of "just disappear"
Dressed elegantly in a burgundy off-shoulder dress, Swift mentioned the duality of fame. She acknowledged the reality, saying, "Certain groups in our society respect the longevity of (artists), but other groups demand 'Step down. Just disappear.'"
However, she did not crumble. "I try not to act as if no one can empathize with what I'm going through," she stated, reinforcing her determination by saying, "No one wants to hear such (disappear) words, and neither do I."

◆ My mentor, and fiancé Travis
The secret to her enduring the weight of this immense fame was 'people'. Swift named legendary singer Stevie Nicks, producer Max Martin who worked on her recent album 'Life of a Showgirl', and her fiancé Travis Kelce as her strong advisors.
In particular, she expressed deep trust in Kelce, saying, "I can talk about all of this with Travis." She listed her engagement to her loved one and reclaiming all her music (master rights) as the best moments of the year, stating, "Both of these things could have never happened in my life. I am truly grateful."
◆ What is Swift's favorite song?
On this day, Swift shared her preferences with fans, naming 'All Too Well (10 Minute Version)' as her top song and 'Mirrorball' in the Top 5 from her vast discography.
The documentary series 'The End of an Era', which captures Taylor Swift's Eras Tour journey and behind-the-scenes stories, is available on Disney+ starting today (12th).
