"In the past, the gaze on my body troubled me, but now I save lives using that gaze." Actress Milana Vayntrub (38) raised a significant donation for LA fire victims by selling her 'flirty pictures'. This was not just a fundraising effort, but her own exhilarating revenge and victory.

According to reports from 'US Weekly' and others on the 11th (local time), Vayntrub recently announced that she raised over $500,000 (approximately 720 million KRW) through her 'Only Philanthropy' campaign.

◆ "I Showed It Intentionally... What’s the Reason?"

Vayntrub detailed that on the 8th, she sold her exclusive images to help the victims of the LA wildfires that occurred earlier this year.

Her slogan was "Using the Male Gaze to Fight the Blaze". Having suffered from online sexual harassment and body criticism during her time as an AT&T commercial model, she decided to take control of the public gaze and cleverly use it for a good purpose.

Through Instagram, she suggested, "The method is simple. You give (money), and I give (a few flirty pictures). And we help those who really need it," adding, "Let’s exchange playful and exclusive content for real-world change."

◆ The Miracle Created by 700 Million

Her bold strategy paid off. Vayntrub raised a record $170,000 (approximately 240 million KRW) in a short time to support a single mom in LA named 'Bridget'. Bridget, who was raising a child with disabilities alone, was able to acquire necessary medical facilities and equipment with this money.

Bridget expressed her gratitude, saying, "I felt like I had been forgotten for a long time, and for the first time, it felt like someone recognized that we are still fighting."

Inspired by this, Vayntrub continued her efforts and raised an additional $350,000 (approximately 500 million KRW) in just one week to donate to the local relief organization 'My Tribe Rise' in Altadena.

◆ "She Did It On Her Terms"

Fans are applauding her actions. One fan said, "I remember the pain she felt when people criticized her body in the past. But now she is leading this situation on her own terms. Bravo!"

Vayntrub stated, "This is the best thing I have ever participated in," adding, "It proves that women can mobilize their audience into a powerful and purposeful community."
