On the 17th (local time on the 16th), Amazon Prime Video dramatically released the first episode of 'Fallout' Season 2 at 6 PM (Pacific Standard Time), a day ahead of schedule, transforming the exterior of the Las Vegas landmark 'Sphere' into a post-apocalyptic snow globe.
