CGV Apgujeong Ahn Sung-gi Hall 10th Anniversary Special Exhibition
On March 19, CGV announced that it would hold the 'Ahn Sung-gi Tribute Exhibition' reflecting on the acting life of the late actor Ahn Sung-gi, who passed away in January at the age of 74, from March 25 to April 14 at CGV Apgujeong Art House ART1 'Ahn Sung-gi Hall'. With the support of the Korean Film Archive, this tribute will screen a total of 8 representative works spanning his filmography, including 'The Housemaid', which he appeared in as a child actor in 1960, 'The Day the Wind Blows', 'Whale Hunting', 'Chilsu and Mansu', 'No Mercy for the Rude', 'Radio Star', 'Dae Jang Geum', and 'Cassiopeia'. This event is particularly meaningful as it coincides with the 10th anniversary of the opening of 'Ahn Sung-gi Hall', which was established as part of a tribute project to Korean filmmakers in 2016.
