A living legend, singer ‘Han Young-ae’, is returning to the public with ‘50th debut anniversary’ celebrations. Her agency, Namu Music, announced that it will release a brand-new single, ‘SnowRain’, on the 7th of next month. This new work is a meaningful result released about four years after ‘Until You Learn to Love’, which came out in 2022.

The historic collaboration between two maestros is expected to deliver a deep, resonant impact on the popular music scene. ‘Han Young-ae’ shared her reflections on 50 years in music, saying, “Even when the wind blows and a blizzard rises, I sing out by remembering the path I’ve walked.”

A stop in five cities nationwide: ‘50th anniversary commemorative concert’ held

Along with the release of the new song, a large-scale national tour will also take place. Starting with the Seoul show scheduled for June 13 and 14 at the Woori Financial Art Hall in Seoul Olympic Park, the tour will visit a total of five cities. Debuting in 1976 with ‘Sunflower’, she went on to leave behind unforgettable masterpieces such as ‘Yeoulmok’ and ‘Sinchon Blues’, and later ‘Who Is There, None?’, ‘Rhino’, and ‘Tuning’, creating an unparalleled charisma and a husky voice that you can experience live onstage.
