A decade of breaking boundaries caps a sellout of all 31,500 seats
The group “NCT 127” sold out all “31,500 seats” with a spectacular production marking its “10th anniversary.” The group’s fifth solo concert, “The Red Line” (THE REDLINE), held from the 18th to the 20th at Seoul’s “Olympic Park KSPO Dome,” showcased the group’s relentless momentum. The “NCT 127” members wove together the story of the past decade through fiercely uncompromising performances. Doyoung and Jungwoo, who are serving in the military, and their junior group NCT WISH also joined the audience, demonstrating their close bond. The concert’s title, “The Red Line,” reflects the group’s ambition to push beyond its limits and reach maximum output. The vivid contrast between waves of light-green “Pearl Neo Champagne” light sticks filling the venue and intense red lighting delivered a visual catharsis.

Jeep and giant square ring headline blockbuster-scale production
Stage equipment and production evoking a blockbuster movie immediately overwhelmed the audience. Right after the opening video, the members appeared in midair on wires to the melody of “Legacy”, drawing explosive cheers. During “Punch,” a giant square ring measuring 13 meters wide and 10 meters tall was rendered with lasers, while a custom Jeep covered in a poison-dart-frog pattern charged onto the stage during the “Pinata” performance. During the group’s debut song, “Fire Truck,” torrents of water poured down as if extinguishing a real fire, heightening the heat in the venue. A massive 14-meter arm set that dominated the extended stage added to the visual intimidation. Haechan said, “I was afraid of descending on the wire at first, but I adapted perfectly over the three days. It was much safer than I expected,” sharing behind-the-scenes details of the high-difficulty production.

More than 100 lasers and waves of Pearl Neo Champagne power nonstop performances
“NCT 127” deployed more than 100 laser units for the concert, nearly reaching KSPO Dome’s capacity limit for such equipment, and transformed the entire space with three-dimensional effects. Pyrotechnics, special lighting and LED visuals designed to heighten each song’s narrative combined organically to create total immersion. Performances of megahits representing the group’s identity, including “Walk,” “Cherry Bomb,” “2 Baddies,” and “Kick It,” were met with singalongs powerful enough to shake the ground. The members’ energy was so fierce that they performed nine songs in a row before offering their first greetings in order to keep the momentum going. Johnny said, “I don’t usually sweat much, but today I’m soaked from head to toe. I want everyone in the audience to pour out all their energy, too,” capturing the atmosphere at its peak.

From global cinema broadcasts to Asia tour, NEO universe expands
Midway through the concert, a giant rice-cake cake prepared by Doyoung to celebrate the group’s “10th anniversary” moved the audience. The members took a group photo, demonstrating the strong unity that has sustained them for 10 years. Leader Taeyong offered a heartfelt reflection: “I don’t know which moment from the past 10 years I’ll remember most, but I hope today remains the most beautiful scene when people think of “NCT 127.”” The energy of the Seoul concerts, which filled every seat, including those with restricted views, is now crossing borders. The show was broadcast simultaneously in more than 1,000 theaters across more than 40 regions worldwide, and the group also connected with its global fandom through Beyond LIVE and Weverse. After launching the “NCT 127”’s successful next chapter, the group will begin in Jakarta in November and travel across Asia to Hong Kong, Singapore, Saitama, Bangkok, Manila, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur and Macau, continuing “The Red Line”’s global run.
