'Shall We Run,' a documentary capturing the remarkable marathon journey of singer 'Sean', who has established himself as the entertainment industry's leading runner, will meet audiences on the Megabox screen on the 16th of next month. Production company 'Creative Mut' announced the release on the 21st, promising a deeply moving story that goes beyond a conventional sports documentary.

The film closely documents Sean's arduous yet remarkable journey through the 'World Marathon Majors' — Tokyo, Boston, London, Sydney, Berlin, Chicago and New York — beginning with Tokyo last year. The distance he covered on foot around the world reached an astonishing '295.365 kilometers'. The camera captures not only the races, with sweat flying, but also explores in depth the true meaning of a life fulfilled through running.

Sean recalled, "Running alongside people carrying such different stories — a 90-year-old with white hair, an expectant mother who was 32 weeks pregnant, a young man running with a prosthetic leg, and a father running with his child, who has a disability and relies on a wheelchair — I felt an overwhelming happiness that words cannot express." He added a heartfelt reflection: "As I climbed the enormous mountain of the World Marathon Majors, my love for running grew even deeper."

The documentary has drawn particular attention because beloved actor 'Park Bo-gum' has joined the project as narrator. His distinctive, warm and deeply resonant voice is expected to complement Sean's struggles and raise the film's emotional impact.

His footsteps represented more than a record-breaking feat. To commemorate the historic significance of the upcoming 80th anniversary of Korea's liberation, Sean donated a total of 'approximately 295.36 million won' to 'Habitat for Humanity Korea', a nonprofit housing organization, calculating 1,000 won for every meter he ran. The entire donation will be transparently used for a project to build comfortable homes for the descendants of independence activists.

Meanwhile, 'Shall We Run' was co-directed by Kim Tae-wan, CEO of Creative Mut, who successfully led an exhibition commemorating BigBang's 20th anniversary, and director Jang Jae-ha. Observers are watching to see what synergy emerges from the combination of stylish direction and sincere storytelling.
