Global girl group BLACKPINK has completely taken over the world music charts with their new song 'Jump'.

According to the Billboard Global 200 chart released on July 21, BLACKPINK's 'Jump' has claimed the top spot, once again proving their overwhelming influence in the global music market. This marks the group's third No. 1 on the Global 200 and their fourth No. 1 on the Global Exclusive US chart.

Notably, 'Jump' recorded 123 million streams and 14,000 sales worldwide in its first week after its release on July 11. This makes it the first song to surpass 100 million global streams in just four months, achieving the highest record since Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars' 'Die With a Smile'.

Billboard noted, 'This week, the top two spots on the Global 200 and Global Exclusive US charts are both filled with songs by female groups for the first time, each having a notable connection to K-pop.'

Additionally, the soundtrack of the Netflix animation 'K-Pop Demon Hunters', HUNTR/X 'Golden', secured the second position, showcasing the global spread of K-pop.

With this achievement, BLACKPINK has further elevated the status of K-pop girl groups in the global music market, drawing enthusiastic responses from fans worldwide.
