The eternal classic of romantic comedy that gave birth to the 'lover of the century', Audrey Hepburn, 〈Roman Holiday〉, announced its release on August 13 and unveiled a teaser poster. The film 〈Roman Holiday〉, which has been loved across generations since its release in Korea in 1955, shared the news of its release in August along with a new poster to celebrate its 70th anniversary in Korea.

〈Roman Holiday〉 depicts a day spent by a princess who hides her identity and enjoys a simple escapade, and a reporter who approaches her in pursuit of a scoop. Audrey Hepburn, who was a newcomer at the time, perfectly embodied the role of Princess Ann, who is pure and curious yet possesses the dignity of royalty, winning the Best Actress award at major award ceremonies including the 26th Academy Awards and rising as the lover of the century.

Breaking the convention of most films being shot on sets at the time, 〈Roman Holiday〉 was filmed entirely on location in Rome, making the city itself another protagonist and vividly capturing the essence of the space called 'Rome'. Despite being in an era where color filming was possible, this film was produced in black and white, which is praised for deepening the elegant atmosphere and emotional sentiment of the film through the classic texture unique to black and white.

The teaser poster released along with the news of the release captures one of the film's iconic scenes where the two protagonists meet in the Spanish Steps. While preserving the texture of a black and white film, this poster exquisitely combines classic and modern sensibilities with a pink-toned design, encapsulating the day spent together by the two people who hid their identities with the phrase 'A day like a lie that will be remembered forever', leaving a deep aftertaste.
