The first generation girl group Babyvox will take the stage for a solo concert after 23 years. The planning agency Zenis C&M announced on the 14th that Babyvox will hold their solo concert 'Back to V.O.X: New Breath' from September 26 to 27 at the Peace Hall of Kyung Hee University in Seoul.

Debuting in 1997, Babyvox is a representative first-generation idol group that made a significant mark in the history of Korean girl groups. They led the early 2000s K-pop scene with hit songs like 'Get Up' and 'Killer', and they ceased activities after their 7th album 'Ride West' in 2004.

Last year, all five members drew significant attention by appearing on KBS's year-end music program '2024 KBS Music Festival Global Festival'. The stage video at that time recorded over 10 million views on YouTube.

This concert is Babyvox's first solo performance since 2002. The planning agency stated that the concert will feature performances of their representative songs along with a special message prepared for the fans.

The fans' enthusiastic response was also confirmed by the ticket sales status. The ticket sales, which started on the 12th through Ticket Link, ranked first in the daily concert ticket sales, proving their continued popularity, according to the planning agency.

A representative from the planning agency stated, "Babyvox's solo concert will shed light on the roots of K-pop and provide a deep resonance that spans generations."
