Madonna posted a video on her Instagram with the caption, "It has been a dream for years to see the Palio horse race held in Siena since 1482 on my birthday, August 16," adding, "Dreams come true. Happy birthday to me." The video features Madonna watching the actual Palio festival. The Palio festival is a famous horse racing event held every year on August 16 in the medieval city of Siena, Italy.

In the video, Madonna is seen enjoying a good time with her 38-year-younger boyfriend Akeem Morris, her children, and friends. There are also moments captured of her posing affectionately with Morris and dancing joyfully. According to American media, Madonna and Morris's relationship became public when a photo of them together was first posted on Madonna's Instagram in July of last year, and they have since been spotted expressing affection publicly in various places. Morris is known to be from Jamaica and has a history of playing soccer in New York.
