BTS's 'Fake Love' has surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify, the world's largest music platform, as announced by their agency Big Hit Music on the 26th.

With this achievement, BTS now holds five songs with over 1 billion streams in total.

'Fake Love', a hip-hop genre song that harmonizes rock guitar sounds and trap beats, captures the complex emotions of realizing that a love once deemed fateful was an illusion.

This song, infused with BTS's dark emotions, has also achieved remarkable success on global charts. It reached 10th place on the US Billboard Hot 100 and 42nd place on the UK Official Singles Chart, receiving love from fans worldwide.

In particular, the album 'Love Yourself 轉 Tear', which includes 'Fake Love', has made a significant mark in K-pop history. This album became the first K-pop album to reach number one on the US Billboard 200 main album chart.

Another news announced on the same day also drew attention. BTS member Jungkook's solo song '3D' has surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify. Jungkook has already achieved 1 billion streams three times with 'Seven', 'Standing Next to You', and 'Left and Right'.
