It surpassed the previous record of 2.22 million viewers set by the prior film 〈Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba: Mugen Train〉 (2021) in just 6 days, proving its overwhelming fandom power by breaking the 3 million mark in 10 days. Notably, compared to 〈Zombie Daughter〉, which surpassed 3 million viewers in 11 days, it achieved the fastest 3 million milestone this year by one day. It is also expected to surpass the cumulative total of 3.01 million viewers for 〈Howl's Moving Castle〉 (2004) today, aiming for the 4th place in the all-time domestic box office ranking for Japanese animation.
