Jeonju International Film Festival 'Falling in Jeonju' Returns in Autumn... Held for Three Days Starting from the 12th

The Jeonju International Film Festival announced on the 10th that the special program 'Jeonju Cinema Tour with Falling in Jeonju' will be held for three days from the 12th to the 14th in celebration of the autumn season.

This autumn film festival, co-hosted by the Jeonju International Film Festival and Jeonju City, is composed of a complex cultural program that combines film screenings and local tourism. The festival aims to provide a unique film travel experience exclusive to Jeonju.

In the section 'Jeonju International Film Festival Returns in Autumn', award-winning and notable films that gained attention at this year's spring festival will be re-screened. The opening film by director Radu Jude, 〈Kontinental '25〉, along with director Park Jun-ho's 〈3670〉, which has been steadily attracting audiences since its release on the 3rd, and director Lee Il-ha's 〈Horoomon〉, selected for the Jeonju Cinema Project, are included in the screening lineup.

The popular program 'Delicious Jeonju, Delicious Movies', which records sold-out seats every year, will take place at the Wanpanbon Cultural Center near Jeonju Hanok Village. This program is designed to provide representative local dishes and traditional liquors from Jeonju, allowing participants to enjoy both film viewing and gourmet experiences simultaneously.

This year's event will feature Jeong Jun-ho, co-executive chairman of the festival, along with actor Jo Dal-hwan and chef Kim Mi-jeon, who will enhance the quality of the program.

The 'Jeonju with Film and Music' program is structured to include a live performance and talk show for 50 minutes following the film screening selected by artists. This year, performers such as Yura, Kim Soo-young, Jisokuri Club, and Lee Jin-ah will take the stage.

The 'Jeonju Cinema Tour X Stroll' program, set against the backdrop of Jeonju's night view, will be operated every Friday and Saturday until the 25th of next month (excluding October 3rd and 4th) at various locations in Jeonju City.

A representative from the Jeonju International Film Festival Organizing Committee stated, "Falling in Jeonju is an opportunity to meet the hot films of the Jeonju Film Festival along with diverse programs," and expressed hope for active participation from tourists planning to travel to Jeonju in the autumn.
