Park Chan-wook, "These Days, I Enjoy Watching YouTube Videos About Yoon Seok-yeol's Corruption"

Director Park Chan-wook has become a topic of discussion after revealing that he repeatedly watches YouTube videos about former President Yoon Seok-yeol's corruption.

The American pop culture media ‘Vulture’ published an interview with Director Park Chan-wook on the 1st (local time) as part of their project 'The Culturati 50 2025'. This project highlights 50 individuals who have influenced the cultural and artistic community this year, focusing on what they have seen, read, and listened to throughout the year.

In the interview, when asked, "What is a program that you keep watching over and over (Comfort Show)?" he answered that it is not a Netflix drama or movie, but "YouTube videos related to former President Yoon Seok-yeol's various corruptions."

Director Park had previously signed an emergency statement from filmmakers demanding the impeachment of former President Yoon shortly after the declaration of martial law on December 3. Additionally, during the vote on the impeachment motion last December, he actively supported citizens gathered in front of the National Assembly by purchasing all the bread from a nearby bakery and delivering it to them.
