Michelin 3-star Chef An Seong-jae, who sparked a global culinary syndrome through Netflix 〈Black and White Chef〉, is now taking Korea's 'Gim' to the world stage. MBC's special documentary 〈K-Gim Revolution〉 will unveil tomorrow (28th) at 9 PM.

This documentary has garnered significant attention from the production stage as it marks Chef An Seong-jae's first challenge in documentary filmmaking, having dealt with the finest ingredients at the pinnacle of fine dining. He will delve deeply into the unique quality of 'Gim', the pride of Korean seafood products, and its limitless expansion potential in the global culinary market.

From Michelin Kitchens in San Francisco to Dining Tables in Wando Island Villages

Over the past year, Chef An Seong-jae has traveled the world in search of traces of 'Gim'. In particular, in San Francisco, he reunites with Chef Anthony, with whom he previously collaborated at a Michelin restaurant, to showcase an instant Gim cooking performance.
