The film 'My Name', starring 'Yeom Hye-ran', won the Audience Award at the 28th 'Udine Far East Film Festival', marking a remarkable achievement. As Europe’s largest Asian film festival, 'Udine Far East Film Festival' is held every year in Udine, Northern Italy. In particular, this Audience Award win once again proves the global standing of Korean cinema, since the honor was selected through local audiences’ direct voting after the film was invited to the festival’s competition segment and was officially screened at the Udine Nuovo Giovanni Theater on the 29th of last month.
