Disney+ announced on the 13th that it will premiere the original series 〈The Manipulated〉 starring Ji Chang-wook and Do Kyung-soo on November 5. This work is an action drama about a man who is wrongfully imprisoned for a heinous crime and seeks revenge on the person who set him up.

〈The Manipulated〉 tells the story of Tae-jung (played by Ji Chang-wook), whose life is completely destroyed overnight while living an ordinary life. Ji Chang-wook plays the role of Tae-jung, a man who suddenly loses everything, while Do Kyung-soo takes on the role of the villain Johan, who intentionally destroys the lives of others, marking his first challenge as a villain.

The production team includes writer Oh Sang-ho, who wrote the series 〈Taxi Driver〉 and the film 〈THE ROUNDUP : PUNISHMENT〉. The direction is jointly handled by director Park Shin-woo of the drama 〈The Killing Vote〉 and director Kim Chang-joo of the films 〈AMAZON BULLSEYE〉 and 〈HARD HIT〉.

This series consists of a total of 12 episodes, with the first 4 episodes being released simultaneously on November 5, followed by 2 episodes released weekly thereafter.
