Park Sung-woong and Lee Soo-kyung, KBS 'Dog Knows Everything' to Air in March... Reuniting After 2 Years

Actors Park Sung-woong and Lee Soo-kyung will reunite as a couple in KBS's new mini-series 〈Dog Knows Everything〉 after 2 years since the 2024 drama. KBS officially announced on the 10th that the two actors will star in a new work to be presented on the 2TV next month.

〈Dog Knows Everything〉 is a family drama that depicts the struggles of a city family who unexpectedly moves to the rural village of Yeon-ri-ri as they fight to return to Seoul. It tells the story of a family amidst the cultural clash between city and countryside.

Park Sung-woong plays the typical Korean head of the family, Seong Tae-hoon, who has been promoted to a department head in a large corporation solely based on his skills but suddenly has to move to Yeon-ri-ri with his family due to an unexpected personnel change. Lee Soo-kyung portrays the super mom, Jo Mi-ryeo, who has been raising her three sons alone due to her husband's work commitments.

The two actors previously played a couple in the KBS drama 〈Dog Knows Everything〉 aired in 2024, where they confirmed their love after many ups and downs and built a family together. This work marks their first reunion as a couple in a new project.

The direction is handled by director Choi Yeon-soo, who co-directed works such as 〈24-Hour Health Club〉, 〈Crazy Love〉, and 〈The Declaration of Love〉. The script is co-written by Song Jeong-rim, known for 〈Let's Get Married, Maenggong!〉 and 〈Bride of the Typhoon〉, along with Wang Hye-ji, who wrote 〈Romance Lost in Love〉.
