⬦ "I'll give up 25.6 billion won"... Bold proposal to withdraw all lawsuits involving individuals, NewJeans, and employees
On the afternoon of the 25th, CEO Min held a press conference at an undisclosed location in Seoul, stating, "In exchange for giving up 25.6 billion won, I propose to stop all ongoing civil and criminal lawsuits and disputes," adding, "This proposal includes the termination of all complaints and accusations against myself, NewJeans members, external partners, and ADOR employees."
Regarding the background of the proposal, CEO Min explained, "The most urgent reason among all is because of the NewJeans members." She emphasized, "It's painful for someone to have to stand on stage while another stands in court. With a torn heart, we cannot create good culture," and stressed, "The place for HYBE and me is not the court but the creative stage."

This proposal is seen as a statement conscious of ADOR's contract termination and damages lawsuit against NewJeans' Danielle. CEO Min said, "Please create an environment where all 'five' can gather and freely pursue their dreams," adding, "Opening the way for artists to shine again is what adults should do. To me, 25.6 billion won is not greater than the value of restoring a healthy K-pop ecosystem and the peaceful daily life of artists." By mentioning 'five,' it is interpreted as a demand for HYBE to resume full activities of the five NewJeans members.
⬦ A bold move with the first trial victory... "Now I will walk as the CEO of ooak records"
Previously, on the 12th, the 31st Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge Nam In-soo) ruled in favor of former CEO Min in the stock sale claim lawsuit against HYBE. The court ruled that HYBE must pay former CEO Min approximately 25.5 billion won in put option (stock purchase claim) payments.
However, HYBE's application for suspension of compulsory execution was accepted, and the compulsory execution of payment is suspended until the appellate court's ruling is announced.

Regarding this victory, CEO Min commented, "It was truly a long tunnel," adding, "The court revealed that the provocative frames of management rights usurpation and tampering (pre-contract expiration contact) were illusions, and acknowledged that the issues I raised were rightful managerial judgments according to creative ethics."
At the press conference, CEO Min, dressed in a black jacket, maintained a relatively calm and composed expression compared to the previous two press conferences.
On this day, she also clarified her future path. CEO Min stated, "I will now remove the label of former ADOR CEO and walk a new path as the CEO of ooak records," promising, "I will devote all my energy to nurturing new K-pop artists and presenting visions. I hope there will be no more exhausting press conferences after today. I will do my best in the creative field where I excel."
Recently, CEO Min established the new label ooak records and announced plans to nurture a new boy group along with the audition schedule.
