This superhero film does not start with Superman's origin story but immediately draws the audience into the action. It begins a few days after Superman prevents the invasion of the neighboring country Zarhanpur in Borabia, an ally of the United States.
Digital Release and Physical Media Schedule
'Superman' will be available for purchase and rental on digital platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fandango At Home starting Friday, August 15.
Additionally, it will be released on September 23 in 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD formats. The studio stated that the Blu-ray version will include various special features such as the making of 'Superman', character insights, and 'lasting legacy'.
HBO Max Streaming Expected in September-October
