The original soundtrack (OST) 'Golden' from the Netflix animated film 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' has proven its global popularity by topping the UK Official Singles Chart 'Top 100' for 2 consecutive weeks. According to the latest chart released on the 22nd (local time), the song 'Golden', performed by the virtual girl group HuntRix in the animation, has maintained its 1st place from last week, marking its 3rd time at the top.

'Golden' first entered the chart at 93rd place and rose to 1st place earlier this month, making it the first K-Pop song to reach the top of the UK Singles Chart in 13 years since Psy's 'Gangnam Style' in 2012. Last week, it achieved the first non-consecutive 2-week 1st place in K-Pop history, and this week it has maintained its position, setting a new record for the longest non-consecutive 1st place.

'Golden' is a collaboration between composer Lee Jae, singer Audrey Nuna, and Ray Amigo, all of whom share the commonality of being Korean Americans. The song has also previously topped the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States.

Meanwhile, another OST from 'K-Pop Demon Hunters', 'Soda Pop' by the Lion Boys, ranked 3rd, and 'Your Idol' ranked 6th, showcasing the OST's immense popularity.
