K-pop groups ILLIT, aespa, and &TEAM have been listed to appear in the year-end special program 〈Kōhaku Uta Gassen〉 of Japan's public broadcaster NHK.

On the 14th, NHK announced the lineup for the 76th Kōhaku Uta Gassen through its official channel, confirming the participation of these three teams. Kōhaku Uta Gassen is Japan's largest year-end music event, broadcast live every December 31, and is regarded as a stage where only artists with significant public support in the local area can perform.

In particular, ILLIT has been invited for two consecutive years, having received an invitation right after their debut last year. ILLIT expressed gratitude for their consecutive appearances through their official SNS and stated their ambition to present a stage that will remain in viewers' memories for a long time.
