The 9-member group ZEROBASEONE, formed through the Mnet audition program 〈Boys Planet〉, will be restructured into a 5-member group starting in March and will continue their activities.

The agency Wake One Entertainment announced on the 12th, "Members Seong Han-bin, Kim Ji-woong, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae-rae, and Park Geon-wook have decided to embark on a new season of ZEROBASEONE based on deep trust among them."

On the other hand, Jang Hao, Ricky, Kim Kyu-bin, and Han Yu-jin, who are under YH Entertainment, will conclude their group activities after the concert at the KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Seoul, scheduled for next month, and will pursue their own paths.

Since its formation through 〈Boys Planet〉 in 2023, ZEROBASEONE has achieved six consecutive million-seller records since their debut, gaining immense popularity. Originally contracted as a project group for a period of 2 years and 6 months, the possibility of extending their contract has drawn attention in the industry due to their high popularity.

Previously, in December of last year, all members agreed to extend their activities for two months until the release of a new album in February this year and the encore concert in March in Seoul. Following this announcement, ZEROBASEONE will continue its activities as a 5-member group after the March concert.

Wake One stated, "We will spare no effort in providing full support for the stable establishment of the 5-member system," and added, "We will continuously communicate to ensure that all members can grow together as partners."
