Singer Kwon Eun-bi is making headlines for revealing her extreme diet plan despite already weighing a slim 44kg.

Recently, Kwon Eun-bi shared a photo of her diet plan on her social media with a cryptic caption meaning 'start'. The photo included soft tofu, Greek yogurt, and chicken breast, showcasing her commitment to strict body management.

Previously, Kwon Eun-bi garnered significant attention by confirming her weight of 44kg as she began serious body management for the 'Waterbomb' stage. Despite already being at a sufficiently low weight, it seems she has started dietary management for an even more perfect performance.

The first diet food chosen by Kwon Eun-bi, soft tofu, is a representative of easily digestible plant-based protein. One pack (about 100g) of soft tofu contains 7-9g of protein and has a very low calorie count of 50-60kcal, making it perfect as a snack or meal substitute.

The second choice, Greek yogurt, is an upgraded diet food compared to regular yogurt. With moisture and whey removed, it has a high protein concentration and low carbohydrates and sugars. However, some Greek yogurts on the market have added sugars, so choosing unsweetened products is key.

Lastly, chicken breast is known as the eternal friend of dieters and is the strongest among low-fat, high-protein meats. With about 23g of protein per 100g, it is excellent for preventing muscle loss during dieting and maintaining basal metabolic rate.

However, experts are expressing concerns about Kwon Eun-bi's diet. All three foods have very low carbohydrate content, which can lead to fatigue, headaches, and decreased concentration due to a lack of energy. Especially before exercise, a small amount of carbohydrate intake is essential, so they advised proper supplementation of complex carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes, oats, quinoa, brown rice, and lentils.

Additionally, relying solely on soft tofu, Greek yogurt, and chicken breast makes it nearly impossible to consume fats, which could lead to issues with hormone production, cell membrane maintenance, and absorption of fat-soluble vitamins in the long term. To address this, healthy fat supplementation through avocados, nuts, olive oil, and fatty fish is essential.

Experts recommend adding vegetables like spinach, broccoli, kale, and cucumber, as well as seaweeds like kelp, sea mustard, and wakame, and low-sugar, fiber-rich fruits like blueberries, tomatoes, and kiwis to the diet to prevent constipation, abdominal bloating, and micronutrient deficiencies.
